President Joe Biden in Finland, the newest member of NATO… asked about whether the decision to postpone Ukraine’s membership until after its war with Russia would embolden Russian President Vladimir Putin to continue the war, saying “The issue of whether or not this is going to keep Putin from continuing to fight, the answer is Putin’s already lost the war.”
