May 22nd will mark the 1-year anniversary of the terrorist attack killed 22 people and injured hundreds more at Ariana Grande‘s concert in Manchester. Although the singer has come a long way since going through that horrific event, the heartache is still incredibly real. The 24-year-old was asked about making music after the bombing for Time magazine’s Next Generation Leaders issue and she couldn’t help but become overcome with emotion and start sobbing.
