Bella Hadid turned 21 today, and she celebrated with her family in NYC. She was spotted holding hands with her sister, Gigi, as they left their Mom's Downtown apartment . The 3 hopped in the car and headed to Bella's surprise party at Sadelle's . Screams could be heard as they walked in. Bella wore a tight black lace up dress, while Gigi wore pale blue for the celebration.
