COVID-19 virus has surpassed 3,100

Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization (WHO) provided an update on Tuesday into the ongoing efforts to combat the COVID-19 virus and said the number of deaths globally from the COVID-19 virus has surpassed 3,100, with a total of more than 90,000 cases worldwide. He said 12 new countries reported their first cases of the virus.
