U.S. issues new warning on J&J COVID-19 vaccine

In a setback for Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine, the FDA added a warning to the fact sheet for the single-dose shot saying that data suggests an increased risk of a rare neurological disorder in the six weeks after inoculation.
