Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) directs the Oversight Committee to open an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden, saying the committee has so far found “allegations of abuse of power, obstruction and corruption” in the president’s family’s overseas business dealing that “warrant further investigation by the House of Representatives”.
